Site Supervisor / Managing Director

Peter has been building and developing properties for over 9 years, He oversees the day-to-day management of SA Designer Homes. You can feel confident that when you build with SA Home Builders you are dealing with the owner from your first consultation to the handover of your custom home. Peter will personally manage your project and will be available to answer any of your questions and provide advice.

Deanna

Administration Manager

Deanna is the one who keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently in the office at SA Designer Homes. She is behind the scenes getting everything together pre- construction, and assisting the Managing Director Peter during the day to day process.

Keevan

Assistant Site Supervisor

Keevan has been in the building and construction industry for 6 years, having backgrounds in both carpentry and landscaping. If you see Keevan out on-site, you will be greeted by a welcoming smile and a can-do attitude. Keevan is a valued member of our team here at SA Designer Homes and will play a crucial role during your next build! He looks forward to seeing you out on-site soon. Keevan’s role with SA Designer Homes is assisting Managing Director Peter with all day to day tasks regarding building supervision, He is also currently studying to become a qualified Site Supervisor.

Best builders in Adelaide! We do all of peters painting work and we know when he calls us up for a job that it’s going to be neat, clean and 100% ready for us to do our thing. As a first home owner I was excited but hesistant to build - there are plenty of horror stories. I spoke to several builders at the start. One was a 'big' builder but it felt very impersonal and that they didnt really care. When I contacted Peter from SA Designer Homes he was very approachable and understood what my partner and I wanted - it was a good feeling from the start and I'm happy to say that feeling stayed until the end. What really stood out was the communication - Peter is always available to chat or meet up and answer any queries. It really made the process so enjoyable and smooth - we always knew what was going on He went above and beyond his role as we sorted our way through all the things we didnt know as first time land and home owners (thankyou!) If there was a problem it was sorted (and explained) quickly. The end product is a high quality custom made home. It may not be the cheapest if we'd gone with the big builders who make 200+ homes a year but it was still affordable and finished to a high standard. I am so glad we chose SA Designer Homes and we will definitely build with Peter and his team again

Building a house is quite a complex process and completing a build on time, on budget and without having to reach for the valium to bring down the stress levels is rare - SA designer Homes managed to do it and made it look easy. Peter, the principal of SADH, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice over the course of the build and as he was also our site manger we could contact him with any issues which he generally resolved very quickly - every time! Communication is first rate coupled with his own very high standards and good sense of humour certainly made him a pleasure to work with.Overall, a good experience with a great result.

We contacted multiple builders and all but 1 actually didn't even get back to us. When I was told of SA Designer Homes we made contact and from the first chat we were informed of everything and given a price that was followed through on. Communication was outstanding and the house was built in great time and quality is great. I cant reccommend SA Designer Homes enough.
